It was a hot day and my A/C went out, and with a fussy baby in the house I was stressed. Justuce from Altitude Heating and Cooling was out within an hour. I had to leave, but he took care of everything seamlessly and had the system up and running before I even got back. The whole experience was fast, professional, and such a relief. Their customer service and reliability really stand out. I’ll be calling them every time we need heating or cooling service—highly recommend!

I live in lake Stevens and my heat pump quit working. Every company I called said thay charge a $200+ fee just to come look at it, couldn’t get out to me for about a month. I asked the guy who is doing my house plumbing if he had a an HVAC guy and he recommended these guys, Justuce and Dylan with Altitude. I called and they came out the next day without charging a diagnostic fee. Friendly guys who were very professional, and patient with me. The price was fair and they were great guys so I’m definitely hiring them again for regular maintenance for my HVAC system.
